Harland Technology Services has formalized key alliances with top hardware manufacturers and Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM). These partnerships allow us access to parts, technical support documentation and training, and most importantly, the ability to deliver our premium onsite maintenance programs to their customers.

Our Alliance Partners recognize their need for an onsite solution, and our key strengths as a service partner give them the confidence to actively promote our onsite solutions to their customers. Our goal as a service partner is to offload the burden of onsite hardware support and empower our Alliance Partners to concentrate on their core business - the manufacturing, marketing, and selling of new hardware equipment. We strive to deliver onsite service to build "brand-loyalty" to our partners, and the chance for repeat purchases increases greatly if our Alliance Partners' customers have a positive service experience with us.

We are actively pursuing new Strategic Alliances with several hardware manufacturers, and we are looking to expand our programs to include other possible partners in the future.
